At Lifimix India Private Limited, we aim to deliver your Ayurvedic and herbal products quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is successfully placed.

 

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas / North-Eastern States / J&K: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or government restrictions.

 

3. Shipping Partners

We deliver orders through trusted and reputed logistics partners to ensure safe handling of herbal/ayurvedic products.

 

Our delivery partners include:

Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart / Xpressbees, India Post (for remote locations)

 

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (customizable).

Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

COD (Cash on Delivery) may include additional charges depending on the order value.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

You can track real-time updates such as “Picked Up,” “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered”.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

In case of re-delivery requests, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

7. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Deliveries

We take stringent steps to ensure safe packaging of Ayurvedic and herbal products.

If you receive:

A tampered package

A leaked or damaged bottle/jar

Incorrect items

Please report within 24–48 hours with an unboxing video and images to support@lifimix.in

8. Delivery Area Coverage

We ship across PAN India, covering:

All major cities & towns

Rural areas (via India Post or partner couriers)

International shipping is currently not available.

 

9. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions

Festivals / peak season

Strikes or operational issues

Remote delivery locations

COVID-related restrictions (if applicable)

Your patience is appreciated during such events.

 

10. Change of Delivery Address

You may request an address change before the order is dispatched.

After dispatch, address modification is not guaranteed and depends on courier policy.

 

11. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

If the order is returned due to:

Wrong address

Incomplete address

No response from customer

Reshipping charges will apply.
